What we collect on this website, why, and your choices.

What we collect. When you send a request, booking or message through this website, we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of travellers and your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address.
Why. To reply to your enquiry, prepare a travel proposal and, if you book, organise your trip. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional travel emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Where it is stored. Form submissions are stored in Darvaza Trip’s booking system. If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, those services also process your messages under their own terms.
Analytics and cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. The contact page loads Google Maps only when you click "Show map".
How long we keep data. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any booking, and for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by writing to tours.uzbekistan@gmail.com.
