Wakhan Valley

Fortresses, hot springs and the snow peaks of Afghanistan.

The Wakhan Valley follows the Panj river, which forms the border with Afghanistan’s Wakhan Corridor. On the far bank rise the snow peaks of the Hindu Kush.
