Shivit oshi cooking class in Khiva
Make Khiva’s green dill noodles by hand, then sit down to eat them.
Shivit oshi is the signature dish of Khiva: fresh noodles coloured and flavoured with dill, served with a meat and vegetable stew and a spoon of yoghurt. In this hands-on class you knead, roll and cut the noodles yourself, then share the meal.
It is part of our Classic 8-day Uzbekistan tour itinerary and can be added to any stay in Khiva.
